1824 Mother calls from South Carolina about her son who is visiting his father in Vermont but reportedly has been abandoned in Potsdam at the Summer Festival. Juvenile officer interviewed all parties.

2110 Patrols and Potsdam Rescue responded to a house on Leroy Street for a male who had a partial airway obstruction.
