NORFOLK — George S. Felix, 46, of 81 Raymondville Road, Raymondville, was charged by state police at 2:25 a.m. Sunday with obstructing governmental administration.

State police went to 81 Grantville Road to arrest Christopher J. Hughes, who was wanted on a warrant from Franklin County alleging that he obstructed justice. Mr. Felix is accused of lying to troopers, saying that Mr. Hughes was not in the home when he was.

Mr. Felix is scheduled to appear in Norfolk Town Court.
