Three men were arrested at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday while Watertown police were quelling a disturbance in the 500 block of West Main Street.
Dewevion M. Dunson, 20, of 25374 Virginia Smith Drive, Calcium, faces charges of reckless endangerment to property, resisting arrest, harassment and disorderly conduct. Police said that while he was fighting with another person, he fell against and damaged the side-view mirror of a parked car. He punched Office Jonathan M. Pitts in the face while being arrested, police said, and Pepper Spray was used to take him into custody.
Kendricks M. Clark, 27, Fort Drum, is cited with disorderly conduct because he was yelling, and Jeremy D. Decameron, 21, of 435 S. Hycliff Drive, Apt. 633, was charged with disorderly conduct because he stood in the road disupting traffic, police said.
