GOUVERNEUR — Cody J. Young, 23, 37512 County Route 25, Antwerp, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. Friday and charged with stalking.

Mr. Young is accused of repeatedly texting his estranged girlfriend Dawn M. Smith and following her around Gouverneur against her wishes.

He was arraigned and placed in the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $750 bail.
