MORRISTOWN A Hammond landlord accused of threatening a tenant with a gun was arrested by state police at 6:24 p.m. Sunday.
James H. Snyder, 75, of 3062 County Route 6, was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both misdemeanors.
Mr. Snyder allegedly pointed a 12-gauge shotgun in the direction of the tenant, whose identity was not disclosed, troopers said.
Mr. Snyder was arraigned in Morristown Town Court and released after posting $2,500 cash bail.
