Zachary A. Corkins, 19, of 56 Spile Bridge Road, was ticketed Wednesday at 9:18 p.m. in the 900 block of Knox Street for squealing tires, failure to keep right, speed not reasonable and prudent and failure to notify state Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change, Ogdensburg police reported.
