City police said Gavin W. Lincoln, 17, of 247 Belmont Courts, was ticketed for unlicensed operation of a vehicle on Caroline Street at 3:26 p.m. Wednesday.

Lacy B. Burke, 25, of 122 Belmont Courts, was arrested on a city bench warrant for failure to pay a fine at 3:58 p.m. Wednesday. She was released on $200 bail.

Michael L. Harvey, 41, of 437 Horseshoe Road, Heuvelton, was charged with open container at 7:51 p.m. Wednesday, city police said.

John D. Latray, 49, of 7 Middlebury Ave., Massena, was arrested Wednesday on city court bench warrant for failure to appear in court, city police said. He was held pending arraignment.

Alissa L. Baker, 37, of 712 Lake St., was ticketed for no stop lamp on the driver’s side of the vehicle at 11:20 p.m. Wednesday, city police said.

Tyler C. Brabant, 17, 806 Caroline St., was arrested on a bench warrant at 3:55 a.m. Wednesday for failure to appear in court, city police said. He was held pending arraignment.

Bradley S. Stewart, 30, of 919 Ford Ave., was arrested at 8:38 a.m. Thursday at 800 Park St. for criminal possession of marijuana and growing of cannabis, city police said. Mr. Stewart was being held for arraignment.

John A. Skidds, 37, of 616 King St., Ogdensburg, was arrested, Thursday at 3:29 p.m. for violating the terms of his probation, city police said. He was taken to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, pending arraignment.
