Karen M. Castor, 36, of 619 Bronson St., Apt. 3, was charged Thursday evening by Watertown police with third-degree assault, and is due to appear in City Court.

She is accused of punching Mary L. Baslow, 32, of 619 Bronson St.,. Apt. 1, in the face several times Monday evening, police said. Ms. Baslow suffered a cut and swelling over her left eye, police said.
