HAMMOND A Hammond man accused of damaging a rental unit earlier this month was arrested Thursday by St. Lawrence County sheriffs deputies.
Michael S. Watson, 39, of 358 County Route 6, was charged with felony third-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
On Aug. 5, Mr. Watson allegedly caused more than $250 in damage to a rental unit while four children watched, deputies said.
He was arraigned in Morristown Town Court and released to probation supervision.
Deputies said additional arrests are pending.
