EVANS MILLS- Elizabeth E. Russell, 85, of Martin Road North died Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown.

Born November 5, 1926 in Ogdensburg, she was the daughter of Murray and Evelyn Lunderman Brough, and graduated from Morristown Central High School in 1945.

She married Dean S. Russell on March 18, 1950 and worked as a beautician in Ogdensburg, and later at her home in Evans Mills. Mr. Russell died July 14, 2012.

Mrs. Russell was a member of the Brier Hill Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and Young Memorial Methodist Church in Brier Hill.

Survivors include a son and his wife, Gary and Debbie, Phoenix; 3 daughters and a son-in-law, Chris Russell, Watertown, Nadine and Stan Kampnich, Carthage and Sandra Russell, Evans Mills; 6 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

Two sisters, Lucille Bartholomew and Marjorie Benny died before her.

The funeral will be 2 pm Monday at Frederick Bros. Funeral Home, Inc., Theresa with Dustin Bailey, YoungLife area director officiating. Burial will be at Sanford Corners Cemetery, Calcium. A reception will follow at the Russell family home.
