Shane M. Schirmer, 28, of 22 Maywood Terrace, was charged Saturday by Watertown police with second-degree criminal trespass.

Police said Mr. Schirmer would not leave 22 Maywood Terrace when he was told to do so.

He was given an appearance ticket for City Court.
