Ogdensburg Pee Wee Football has announced that regular signups will conclude next week. Signups will be held at Howland Pump & Supply all week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Signups will also be held at Montroy Park on Thursday Aug.23 from 6-8 pm.
Players that are entering the Big League, ages 10-12, for the first time, are to be at Montroy Park on Friday, Aug. 24 at 6 p.m. for tryouts.
Teams will be formed after the tryout session for both the big and mini leagues.
All signups, after Friday, Aug. 24, will be taken at Howland Pump and Supply. Players will then be assigned to teams. Players and parents do not pick their own team and late signups are assigned to teams by the league. No exceptions will be allowed and no exceptions to the age requirements of the mini and big leagues will be allowed.
The registration cost is $75 per child, $45 for the second child of the same family and a maximum of $125 per family.
Nerf football players (ages 5-6) will receive a nerf or mini league football, a pee wee football jersey, six weeks of instruction and a pizza party. The fee for the Nerf level is $30 per player and play begins in the first week week of September.
