TRESPASS - MASSENA - Village police charged three men Sunday in connection with a vandalism incident Aug. 14 at Alex’s Glass in Massena.

Village police charged Steven D. LaClair, 20, of 100 Water St., Massena; Joshua J. Love, 21, of 81 Chase St., Massena; and James C. Delosh, 18, of 168 Jefferson Ave., Massena; with trespassing. Delosh was additionally charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief for throwing a rock through the window at the business at 1:08 a.m. Aug. 14. The estimate for the window repair is $128.40.

Delosh, in a statement he provided to police, said the three men went tothe cemetery and then cut over to George Street by Alex’s Glass. He said he and LaClair had been drinking Twisted Teas.

He said LaClair threw a Twisted Tea bottle at Jessica Dobbin’s house. Delosh siad he then threw a rock at the window at Alex’s Glass.
