MORRISTOWN — A Morristown woman accused of making a false report was arrested by state police at 9:47 a.m. Tuesday.

Heather L. Pratt, 34, of 311 Main St., was charged with misdemeanor second-degree swearing to a false statement and misdemeanor reporting an incident that didn’t occur.

Ms. Pratt allegedly told police that she was grabbed and pushed by a patron Sept. 9 outside Cattleman’s Steak and Ale. Security cameras and eyewitnesses showed the incident didn’t occur, troopers said.
