GOUVERNEUR — A Gouverneur man was arrested by state police at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and charged with two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Douglas H. Wilson, 35, of 106 N. Main St., allegedly allowed his two children to become juvenile delinquents, troopers said, leading to the charges.

He was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Louisville Town Court.
