NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Skyler A. Evans, 20, of Potsdam with third-degree burglary - illegal entry with intent at 2:20 a.m. Saturday in the town of Norfolk. He allegedly illegally entered the Norfolk Liquor Store and was arrested after troopers saw him walking away from the scene following the incident.
