POTSDAM – Potsdam Village Police charged Franchell S. Polanco, 20, of the Bronx with criminal mischief at 2:14 a.m. Friday after responding to a reported domestic dispute at 45 Pierrepont Ave. Police said they were advised that Ms. Polanco had been in a verbal dispute with her boyfriend, became upset and keyed his car. She was released on an appearance ticket for Wednesday in Potsdam Village Court.
