Ogdensburg police were notified Sunday at 5:12 a.m. that an undisclosed quantity of beer was stolen from the Nice and Easy convenience store, 1117 New York Ave.

Jeffrey D. Bresett, 27, of 511 Knox St., was arrested Sunday at 2:25 a.m. on a bench warrant for failure to appear in city court to pay a fine, Ogdensburg police said.

Michael Montalvo, 34, of 590 Route 37, was ticketed Friday at 8:37 p.m. on Canton Street for no/inadequate tail lamps, Ogdensburg police reported.
