EDWARDS – Gouverneur-based state police charged Jeffrey R. Bush, 28, of Star Lake with driving while intoxicated and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance Saturday in the town of Edwards. Mr. Bush, who had a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years, had a blood alcohol content of 0.12 percent, according to police.
