Petit Larceny

POTSDAM — Two women were arrested by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies on Sept. 26 and charged with petit larceny and conspiracy, and a teenager was charged with conspiracy over an incident of shoplifting from Walmart in Potsdam.

Pamela L. Harris, 40, of 27 Main St., Waddington, and Deshelia R. Thomas-Jandrew, 36, of 144 S. Raquette Road, Massena, are accused of stealing a candle, a 2013 calendar, a Keratin mist bottle and a box of hair dye. The value of the items was $34.80, deputies said.

Austin B. Villnave, 17, of 14 S. Raquette Road, was charged with conspiracy in connection with the theft.

All three are scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court.
