A 60-year-old Ogdensburg man was transported to Massena Memorial Hospital with neck, head and shoulder pain after he rear ended a dump truck operated by Orval W. Kimble, 63, of Norfolk at 11:12 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 420 near Commerce Drive in the town of Massena. Troopers said Mark A. Mitchell, who was operating a pick up truck registered to Perras Excavating, suffered a medical emergency, lost consciousness and rear ended Kimble’s dump truck’ Both vehicles were southbound on state Route 420, and Kimble was stopped in traffic waiting to make a left hand turn into his business.
