FINE — Harry J. Pelno, 83, and Leatta M. Pelno, 55, both of 1049 Sucker Lake Road, were charged Tuesday by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department Drug Task Force with illegally growing marijuana.

Investigators said they discovered that the two were growing a small amount of marijuana in their home.

The pair is scheduled to appear in Fine Town Court.
