AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Bert E. Blade, 56, of 6258 Route 11, Canton, with second-degree aggravated harassment on Saturday.Blade allegedly sent numerous unwanted and alarming text messages to the complainant. Blade was arraigned before Stockholm TownJustice Wayne William and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $500 cash. He is scheduled to reappear in town of Potsdam Court.
