MASSENA — A Massena man was charged by village police Friday night with petit larceny.

Joshua A. Barrett, 24, of 74 Ames St., stole $20 worth of gasoline by driving off without paying for it, police said.

Mr. Barrett also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

He is to appear in Village Court.
