MASSENA — Village police charged two people early Saturday with fighting in separate incidents behind a Main Street bar.

Serina H. Arney, 35, of 166 Garry Road, Syracuse, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Patrick D. Jacobs, 27, of 2 John Oakes Lane, Hogansburg, was charged with criminal mischief.
