■ The Watertown Town Council will hold a budget session at 7 p.m. Oct. 18 at the Town Hall, 22867 County Route 67.

■ CANTON — The St. Lawrence County Board of Elections will have a registration day from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday in its training room in the former jail on Judson Street. This will be the last opportunity to register to vote for the general election.
