AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged Tony A. Hudson, 21, and Randi L. Hance-Peets, 32, both of 14A Reservation St., Winthrop, with second-degree aggravated harassment after responding to a complaint at 5:30 p.m. Monday from the town of Stockholm.

ASSAULT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Brandon P. Berry, 19, of Norfolk with third-degree assault Monday night at 249 Marsh Road. Troopers said the arrest stemmed from an incident reported at 8:58 p.m. Monday from the town of Norfolk.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - CANTON - Canton-based state police investigated a two-vehicle accident at 4:18 p.m. Monday on County Route 25, near County Roiute 27, in the town of Canton. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Rachel Erin Mills, 28, of Colton and Kimberly M. Holmes, 47, of Ogdensburg.
