Jessica L. McSweeney, 27, of 5626 Route 812, Ogdensburg, was charged by state police Sunday night with petit larceny and is ordered to appear in town of LeRay Court.

She is accused of pushing a full cart of merchandise out of Walmart Supercenter, Route 11, without paying about 8 p.m. Sunday, police said. The value of the merchandise was not provided.
