BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Edward J. Slade II, 21, of 466 state Route 131, Massena, on a county court bench warrant at 10:28 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Lawrence County Probation Department office in Massena. He was transported to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility pending a county court arraignment on the warrant.



INADEQUATE LIGHTS - MASSENA - Village policxe ticketed William J. Maxwell, 48, of Massena for operation of a vehicle with inadequate brake lamps following a traffic stop at 7:55 p.m. Tuesday on South Main Street.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Joshua R. Centrella, 22, of Massena for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 6:21 p.m. Tuesday on East Orvis Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Scott W. Stevens, 43, of County Route 38, Brasher Falls, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday on the South Raquette River Road.



RED LIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Ronald E. Jock. 54, of West Chazy for illegally passing a red light following a traffic stop at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 37.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jordan M. Delosh, 19, of Massena for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 1:23 p.m. Tuesday on East Hatfield Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Philip E. Moulton Jr., 40, of Smith Road, Brasher Iron Works, with speed in zone following a traffic stop at 10:54 a.m. Tuesday on the South Raquette Road.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Debra A. Pate,, 32, of Highland Road, Massena, for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1:46 p.m. Monday on East Orvis Street.
