CANTON - Canton-based state police investigated a two-vehicle accident at 4:18 p.m. Monday on County Route 25, near County Roiute 27, in the town of Canton. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Rachel Erin Mills, 28, of Colton and Kimberly M. Holmes, 47, of Ogdensburg.
