WINTHROP — Tony A. Hudson, 21, of 8-D Reservation St., and Randi L. Hance-Peets, 32, of 14-A Reservation St., were arrested by state police at 7:30 p.m. Monday and charged with aggravated harassment.

Both Mr. Hudson and Ms. Hance-Peets were making harassing phone calls and text messages to Ms. Hance-Peets’s former roommate, according to troopers.

Both are scheduled to appear in Massena Town Court.
