DWI - COLTON - Canton-based state police charged Kirk D. Stephan, 40, of Clifton Park with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 9:48 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 56S in the town of Colton. Troopers said he was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.



FALSE WRITTEN STATEMENT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Katelynn A. Warnock, 21, of Massena with filing a false written statement following an investigation of a domestic dispute complaint made to troopers at 4:33 a.m. Aug. 21 from the town of Fort Covington.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police responded to several property damage accidents Wednesday in northern St. Lawrence and Franklin counties Thursday. They included:

■ Canton-based state police said James P. Yaeger, 54, of Canton was involved in a one-vehicle accident at 7:43 p.m. on state Route 68, near County Route 14, in the town of Canton.

■ Massena-based state police said David C. Dumas, 42, of Canton struck a parked vehicle at 1:49 p.m. in a private driveway off state Route 420 in the town of Massena.

■ Massena-based state police said Debra L. Aldous, 42, of North Lawrence was involved in a one-vehicle accident at 7:11 p.m. on County Route 55, near Myers Road, in the town of Brasher.

■ Malone-based state said Connie S. Bartlett, 47, of Moira and Christine L. Daggett, 51, of Norwood were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 5:10 p.m. on Route 11 at Gallop Road in the town of Bangor.
