■ POTSDAM — The village Zoning Board has canceled its meeting scheduled for today. The next meeting will be Oct. 25.

■ The town of Watertown will flush hydrants in the areas of Route 11, Route 232, Watertown Center, Spring Valley Drive and County Routes 167 and 155 from Monday through Friday. Residents may experience low pressure and discolored water in those areas.
