WINTHROP – Kevin W. Debiew , 20, of 632 Route 11C, Apt. 5, was charged by state police at 3:47 p.m. with criminal mischief and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

Mr. Debiew shattered the driver’s side window of his ex-girlfriend Moria Evans’s car with both Ms. Evans and a 2-year-old child in the car, according to troopers. Neither was injured.

Mr. Debiew is scheduled to appear in Stockholm Town Court.
