George W. Durand, 33, of 464 Belmont Courts, was arrested by state police at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday and charged with petit larceny.

Mr. Durand is accused of stealing an item of clothing from Dollar General, and is scheduled to appear in Oswegatchie Town Court.
