CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - MASSENA - Village police charged Danielle Castanier, 23, of 72 Westwood Drive, Apt. 3, Massena, with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 10:43 a.m. Sunday following an investigation into an incident that occurred in the parking lot behind Friar Tucks in the early morning hours of Oct. 7. She allegedly keyed the rear passenger side of a vehicle registered to Shawna Armstrong. Castanier and a friend had allegedly pushed Armstrong down stairs, shoved her in the wall and attempted to get her to engage in a fight inside the bar at approximately 1 a.m. Oct. 7. Armstrong reportedly declined the invitation and left with a male friend. When she returned to pick her vehicle up the next morning, she discovered the key damage.

OPEN CONTAINER - MASSENA - Village police charged Jason C. Brown II, 21, of 65 Kinnie Road, Massena, with an open container violation following an incident at 1:25 a.m. Sunday on Andrews Street.

TRESPASSING - MASSENA - Village police charged Frederick J. Barse, 35, of 77 Grove St., Massena, with trespassing and illegal disposal of his garbage. He reportedly dumped his garbage at 2 South St. on property owned by David Squires.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jordyn T. Curtin, 20, of County Route 6, Ogdensburg, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 9:18 p.m. Saturday on state Route 37.

RED LIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Michael L. McDonald, 47, of state Route 37, Massena, for a red light violation following a traffic stop at 10:20 a.m. Saturday.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kyle L. Jordan, 32, of Aurora for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 10:10 a.m. Saturday on East Hatfield Street.

CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jay A. Delisle, 31, of Massena for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 2:16 p.m. Friday on East Orvis Street.

CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Henry P. Lacombe, 60, of Hurley Road, Brasher Falls, for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1:50 p.m. Friday on East Hatfield Street.

UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Angela M. Wilhelm, 30, of County Route 37, Massena, for unsafe backing and leaving the scene of a property damage accident following an incident at 8:40 a.m. Friday on Bayley Road.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Roxanne A. Decilles, 54, of Massena for operating a vehicle with an inadequate headlamp at 1:27 p.m. Friday.

UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Frederick J. Barsem 35, of Massena for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle and a stop sign violation following a traffic stop at 3:25 p.m. Friday on Beach Street.
