Justin A. Tanner, 22, of 31097 Route 11, Upper Apt., Philadelphia, was charged by Watertown police Friday night in the 100 block of North Meadow Street with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.

Police said he broke a large glass window valued at $750 when he threw a rock at it at Crazy Legs Saloon, 536 Arsenal St.

He was released after posting $250 police bail and was ordered to appear Oct. 30 in City court.
