The Albany Times Union has endorsed Rep. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, for re-election.

Mr. Owens faces Republican Matt Doheny on Nov. 6. He "seems more interested in bridging gaps than picking fights," the editorial board writes.

The editorial board also endorsed incumbent Democratic Rep. Paul Tonko and Republican Rep. Chris Gibson.
