Police charged the following people with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
Scott M. Fournier, 39, of 250 Main St., Massena, was charged by Massena village at 12:34 a.m. Saturday after he allegedly hit a parked car on Walnut Street and left the scene.
Mr. Fournier was charged with aggravated DWI. His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent. Aggravated DWI requires a threshold of 0.18 percent.
Mr. Fournier was also charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to keep right.
He was released on appearance tickets.
Jason K. Simmons, 33, Baldwinsville, was charged by state police at 2:50 a.m. Saturday on County Route 6 in the town of Oswegatchie.
His BAC was 0.15 percent.
The legal threshold for DWI is 0.08 percent.
