Fresh off a pair of victories over the weekend, St. Lawrence men’s hockey team has moved up in both national polls.

The Saints (5-1) are ranked 13th in the U.S. College Hockey Online poll, up three spots from last week.

In the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll, St. Lawrence is now 14th, up one spot.

The Saints opened the home portion of their schedule with a pair of wins against Alabama-Hunstville, 3-0 on Friday and 3-1 on Saturday.

St. Lawrence begins ECAC Hockey play with games at Brown and Yale on Friday and Saturday, respectively.

Also nationally-ranked from the ECAC are No. 4 Cornell (3-0-1), No. 8 Union (5-1-1) and No. 14 Harvard (2-0-1).
