This election could come down to four letters: GOTV.

It stands for "get out the vote." Rep. Bill Owens, D-Plattsburgh, is doing some of that himself this morning in Saratoga Springs. Republican Matt Doheny's campaign is also GOTV'ing.

New York doesn't have much in the way of early voting, so GOTV is about reminding people that, Hey, guess what, pal? The election is tomorrow!
