Ogdensburg police were notified Monday at 9:16 a.m. that a counterfeit $100 bill was passed at Wal-Mart, 3000 Ford St. Extension.

A Caroline Street resident called city police Sunday at 10:18 a.m. to report that tires on his vehicle were slashed.

Ogdensburg police arrested Mitchell W. Larose, 25, of 108 Albany Ave., and Harlow G. Perry Jr., 35, same address, Friday at 4:15 p.m. at 323 Barre St. for petit larceny. They allegedly stole two car radiators. They were both arraigned in city court and released on their own recognizance.

Police ticketed Shane J. Grant, 27, of 324 Caroline St., Saturday at 9:20 p.m. in the Ogdensburg Mall parking lot for failing to stop at a stop sign, driving a vehicle with suspended registration and violating the terms of his restricted license.
