■ Case Middle Schools marking period one report cards will be mailed out by today.
■ Watertown City School District Board of Education is holding a special meeting to approve the teacher and principal evaluation plan and send it to the state Education Department at 7:15 a.m. today in the district office conference room.
■ COPENHAGEN A pair of information sessions about the Army Compatible Use Buffer program will be held at 11:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. today at Grace Episcopal Church, 2939 Cataract St. The program allows for the purchase of development rights of properties in areas bordering Fort Drum.
■ The parking lot of the Flower Memorial Library will be closed to traffic this morning while construction materials are being delivered. For a few days after the delivery, parking will be limited until the librarys new roof is installed. Parking is available in the Stone Street and J.B. Wise parking lots.
