Barbara K. Bolton, 62, of Mallorytown, Ontario, was ticketed Tuesday at 3:34 p.m. on East South Street for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign, city police reported. She was issued the summons following a collision with a vehicle driven by Terri Robinson, 56, of 312 Jay St.
