GOUVERNEUR — Travis N. Cole, 22, of 1599 Route 11 was charged with grand larceny Wednesday by village police.

He allegedly took $300 from an unknown victim.

He was arraigned and sent to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, without bail.
