PULASKI — Susan M. Smith, 33, of 429 Centerville Road, town of Richland, is summoned to Town Court to face charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree identity theft.

She was cited Friday by the Oswego County Sheriff’s Department on allegations that she used without permission a credit card belonging to an acquaintance to make gasoline, cigarette and coffee purchases, and ATM withdrawals, totaling $380. The card owner, not identified by the sheriff’s office, filed a complaint on Nov. 5, according to the department.
