Toby N. Sunday, 42, of P.O. Box 1517, Hogansburg, was ticketed for speeding in a school zone at 4:37 p.m. Friday on State Street. The ticket is returnable to city court on Dec. 6, Ogdensburg police said.



Aaron S. Trotter, 19, of 409 Pine St., was ticketed for public urination and littering at 2:05 a.m. Saturday on Oak Street. The ticket is returnable to city court on Nov. 15, city police said.



Andrew J. Durham, 21, of 19 School St., was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana and for second degree obstruction on Oak Street at 2:07 a.m. Saturday. He was also ticketed for possessing an open container of beer. He was arraigned and later released on his own recognizance by Judge William R. Small, city police said.



Melinda S. Geddes, 26, of 904 Patterson St., was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:58 p.m. Sunday on New York Avenue for failure to appear in court. Subject is being held and awaiting arraignment.



Karen M. McGill, 56, P.O. Box 106, Lisbon, was arrested for stealing flowers at Price Chopper, 2981 Ford St., on 2:43 p.m. Sept. 24. She was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Sunday for petit larceny. Ms. McGill was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to city court on Dec. 6, city police said.
