POTSDAM — SUNY Potsdam’s Mike Arnold won SUNYAC Player of the Week honors for his performance in the Bears’ men’s hockey games over the weekend.

Arnold, a junior from Didsbury, Alberta, scored three power-play goals to fuel Potsdam’s 5-4 come-from-behind victory over Buffalo State on Saturday. Arnold scored the game-winner with 1 minute, 32 seconds left.

Arnold leads Potsdam (3-2, 2-2 SUNYAC) in scoring with eight goals and 11 points in the first five games. He is first among NCAA Division III teams in power-play goals with five.
