OPEN CONTAINER - POTSDAM - Village police charged Chloe Hay, 18, of Ballston Lake with an open container violation at 1:08 a.m. Friday on Market Street.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Patrick O. Briggs, 21, of Baldwinsville and James T. Stuhlinger, 21, of New Hartford with disorderly conduct - creating ahazardous condition at 3:02 a.m. Friday after they were observed carrying a crosswalk sign in the Main Street lot.

RED LIGHT - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Jacob C. Barlow, 28, of Winthropfor passing a steady red signal at 5:27 p.m. Friday on Market Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Troy L. Pearson, 34, of Malone with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and ticketed him for failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian in the crosswalk following a traffic stop at 8:12 p.m. Friday on Main Street.

1229 Potsdam Police received complaint of marijuana usage in a shared apartment. Patrol counseledcomplainant with regards to the roommate difficulties.

1243 Potsdam Police received report of a security alarm activation at a residential property. Patrol dispatched.Upon investigation, alarm was found to be false.

1248 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

1327 Parking permit issued to person with disability.

1407 Potsdam Police performed background check for Potsdam Housing Authority.

1459 Potsdam Police received report of lost property.

1509 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to a call.

1521 Potsdam Police took possession of found property.

1552 Traffic stop on Market Street. Verbal warning issued.

1611 Parking permission given for two vehicles to remain on street overnight on Bay Street while construction is being done.
