HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Cheryl L. Wilbanks, 50, of Canton with second-degree harasment following an investigation into an incident reported at 10;15 a.m. Friday from the town of Potsdam. Troopers said she was arrested at 565 Baker Road.

DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Hank A. Delisle, 20, of Fort Covington with driving while intoxicated, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession of licenses from more than one jurisdiction following an incident at 3:05 a.m. Saturday at the U.S. port of entry in Rooseveltown.

DWI - DICKINSON - Malone-based state police charged Malcom C. Frye, 22, of Dickinson Center with driving while intoxicated and neglect of an impounded vehicle following an incident reported at 5:27 p.m. Friday from the town of Dicksinon. He was arrested an hour later at 99 Church St.

PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM — Three Malone residents were charged with petit larceny by Canton-based state police at 4:25 p.m. Thursday.

Jayleen A. Charles, 40, of 12 Branch St.; Ann M. Cook, 48, and Carl D. Shattuck, 45, both of 108 College Ave., are accused of attempting to steal merchandise valued at $547.01 from Walmart, Route 11.

They are scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court.

PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM — Jessica M. Bryan, 25, of 5304 Route 11, Burke, was charged with petit larceny by state police at 7:56 p.m. Thursday.

She is accused of stealing shampoo, conditioner and air freshener from Dollar General in Potsdam on Nov. 15

She is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Town Court.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Evan M. Fraser, 22, of St. Regis Falls with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident at 3:06 a.m. Thursday on the South River Road in the town of Waverly.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MOIRA - Malone-based state police reported Friday they had charged Alexander P. Durand, 19, of Waverly with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident at 5:15 p.m. Nov. 11 on the Southwoods Road in the town of Moira.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police said Shawn C. Rowe, 37, of Massena was involved in an accident at 1:02 a.m. Friday on state Route 420, near Mahoney Road, in the town of Stockholm.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - HOPKINTON - Massena-based state police invesrigated a one-vehicle accident at 10:11 p.m. Thursday on the Lake Ozonia Road, near Route 72, in the town of Hopkinton. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Steve Nelson, 54, of Nicholville.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police said Melvin W. Murray, 65, of Massena was involved in a one-vehicle accident at 7:10 p.m. Thursday on state Route 95, near County Route 9, in the town of Bombay.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police said Matthew B. Kielmeier, 35, of Pyrites was involved in a one-vehicle accident at 4:59 p.m. Friday on County Route 35, near Blanchard Road, in the town of Potsdam.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - LOUISVILLE - Massena-based state police said Dorothy E. Smith, 82, of Waddington was involved in an accident at 1:32 p.m. Friday on state Route 37, near Willard Road, in the town of Louisville.

TWO-VEHICLE COLLISION - PLATTSBURGH - Plattsburgh-based state police investigated a two-vehicle collision at 10:43 a.m. Friday in the Banker Orchard parking lot in the town of Plattsburgh. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Arthur L. Johnson, 79, of Potsdam and James Van Heuverzwyn, 75, of Plattsburgh.
